Overview

The massive curvy façade and the spiralling walkways inside this exhibition space are quite reminiscent of the Guggenheim in New York. Towering above shopping centres and other incredible sculptures in the front square, it was opened for the public back in 2008, 13 years after the concept was first suggested.

Exhibits

The wide array of exhibits displayed at the Bangkok Art and Culture centre not only presents an absolute treat to your eyes but offers knowledge in terms of the country’s history. From contemporary Japanese crafts to photo exhibitions in honour of HM the King of Thailand, you will come across something exciting at each nook and corner of this place.

But if you’re a history buff with a particular taste of exploring cultures far from your homeland, this space is ideal as it offers insight into modern culture in Thailand.
