Bangkok is a city that has a myriad of possibilities with entertainment for people of any age and this quick guide will cover everything you need to know about Bangkok.

When to go

Bangkok does have a winter; it happens from December and ends in January. Winter is when the tourists flock to Bangkok too and if you want to have lesser crowds at attractions, visiting the city during November or February is a smart thing to do.

Getting Around

The city has quite a meticulous BTS and MRT system, meaning travelling in and around Bangkok is made easy. Almost every attraction and shopping hub can be reached by getting on a train itself.

Things to know

If you want to avoid the sweltering tropical heat, plan your trip so that it does not fall in the months from March to August. But, if you are indeed looking for a typical tropical holiday abroad, visiting during these months will be beneficial since most tourist attractions will be open then.
